Kidney Disease

Expert Kidney Care. Personalized for You.

At Surya Medical Group (SMG), we provide comprehensive, high-quality kidney care with a personal approach. Our goal is to protect kidney function, improve overall health, and support each patient through every stage of kidney disease.

Care is led by an experienced nephrologist, a physician specializing in kidney health, with evaluation and treatment tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

We provide comprehensive dialysis management, including in-center hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and home hemodialysis, helping patients choose the treatment approach that best fits their health, lifestyle, and goals.

As an independent kidney care practice, SMG is committed to accessible, coordinated, compassionate care focused on long-term kidney health and quality of life.

Hypertension, Hypertensive Kidney Disease

High Blood Pressure

Our health care team can diagnose high blood pressure and make treatment decisions by reviewing your systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels and comparing them to levels found in certain guidelines.
High blood pressure can damage your health in many ways. It can seriously hurt important organs like your heart, brain, kidneys, and eyes. The good news is that, in most cases, you can manage your blood pressure to lower your risk for serious health problems.
